TREND ALERT: Tribal prints!

If there's anything that's EVERYWHERE right now, are tribal prints. They are so easy to wear, you don't even need to accesorize! They're a pretty clear statement all by themselves. Summer dress, loose tops, skirts.. any item you can think of right now is getting tribalized. Designers such as Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli and Naeem Khan are already featuring tribal designs in their fashion, and they've been all over New York and Paris Fashion Weeks. If you want to look hot this summer, follow these runway-inspired fashion and get yourself some prints.

Pair tribal print with neutral colored shoes, such as nude, black, white or maybe even red (in some cases!).

ADVICE: Swimwear according to your body shape.

First of all, you need to know what kind of body you have. There are four basic body shapes: hourglass, triangular, inverted triangle and rectangular.
Girls with an hourglass body shape are those who have a really small waist, and their bust and hips measurements are exactly the same or at least very close. For example, Scarlett Johansson or Jessica Alba.

Tips when shopping for a bathing suit:
* Look for halter tops and string bikinis with enough coverage for a larger chest., and avoid those skimpy triangle tops. Or in case you're a skinny hourglass body girl, you can wear the traditional string bikini with no problems.
* DON'T mix-n-match! This could make your body look disproportional, so just stick to matching bikinis.

Hey! If you're too tall for heels or if you just don't like them, change the oversized top for a simple tank and add some strappy sandals or a pair of ballet flats.

Well, as for the skirt, it depends on which colors the plaid actually has. one thing you can do is use a simple tank of the color your skirt has the LESS. for example, a red, blue, yellow and green plaid skirt that shows just a little purple here and there, would look great paired with a purple tank. Why? because it'll make that color pop and grab all the attention, helping you not look like a total colorful clown. :)
as for the shoes, pair them with skinny jeans and a red tank with a jacket on top. if it's not cold enough where you live, use that same red tank but instead of a jacket, use either a short cardigan or a button-down vest!
